Design

  1. Handmade Nature: Each cake is unique; we can't make exact copies. Any cake photos you share with us or that are provided by Kekki serve as inspiration for designing.
  2. Colour Discrepancies: Colours can look different on screen.
  3. Design: Once cake has been baked and decorated no changes are allowed. We operate as a lean team and do not provide progress or photo updates during production, so we can focus on getting every cake right. We appreciate your understanding.

Allergens

  1. We are MUIS Halal Certified. All products are produced in a facility that may contain nuts, gluten, and other allergens. Products may contain traces of these items.
  2. Dietary Requirements: It is your responsibility to inform Kekki in writing of any dietary requirements before receiving the invoice.
  3. Non-Edible Items: Some non-edible items may be used as decorations or packaging for the products. It is your responsibility to remove any non-edible items before consumption.

Payment Terms

  1. Payment Method: Payment to be made via PayNow to UEN 202400891E ONLY. Indicate your invoice number upon payment and provide us the screenshot of your payment via WhatsApp. Subject to our availability β€” we recommend securing your slot via payment on a first-come-first-served basis.
  2. Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed when all details are correct and we receive 100% of the payment. No changes or cancellations can be made. Non-refundable.
  3. Commencement of Work: We start making your cake once payment is complete and design details are set.

Cancellation

  1. Cancellation: Strictly no cancellation after payment has been made and order is confirmed. No last-minute (less than 4 days prior to fulfilment date) cancellation β€” product will be deemed sold, no credits reissued, no rebake.
  2. Changes: Changes of date are to be made 1 week prior to collection and will be subject to availability.
  3. Right to Cancel: Kekki reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. Payments already made by the customer will be issued as credits for up to 6 months from the initial fulfilment date.

Return / Refund Policy

  1. Complaints: All orders are checked for defects before delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving with your invoice number, name, address and reason for return/exchange. We will not be responsible for complaints received once the cake has been under your care/storage/after consumption.
  2. Return Responsibility: The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  3. Refund Policy: Any refund conclusion is strictly at Kekki's discretion. We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances. For exchanges or returns, store credits with a one-month expiry will be given. Credits not used by then will be deemed expired.

Storage & Shelf Life

  1. Storage: Cakes need to be handled with care and refrigerated. Can be left out 30–45 mins in an air-conditioned room, or 15–30 mins at room temperature, subject to conditions.
  2. Shelf Life: Best consumed within 3 days. For cakes with fruits, best consumed on the same day.

Self Pick Up

  1. By Appointment: Self collection is strictly by appointment; changes or late charges apply. Additional $10/hour for holding applies. Uncollected cakes will be disposed after 24 hours from the said collection date and time.

Delivery

  1. Delivery Areas & Fees: Our delivery covers all areas in Singapore. Refer to our delivery fee table for more information.
  2. Redelivery Charges: Should redelivery be required within the delivery time frame, charges apply. We strongly discourage leaving cakes/bakes outdoors as they are perishable and require refrigeration.
  3. Own Courier: If you use your own courier, you're responsible for liaising with them directly. Arrange a car, not a motorbike, to transport your cake safely.

Collection / Delivery Terms

  1. Kekki Responsibility: While we take every precaution during delivery and setup, we cannot be held responsible for any damage once our products have been delivered/collected.
  2. Customer Responsibility: Please ensure you or a designated representative is available to collect the product at the agreed time and location. Fees apply for redelivery, and any damage from unavailability is the customer's responsibility.
  3. Delivery Timing & Variability: We deliver freshly baked cakes every day. You may request a specific delivery time slot; note deliveries may arrive early, on time, or slightly delayed depending on driver availability, route conditions, weather, and distance.

Orders are confirmed only with 100% payment made & subject to availability.
